Our Philosophy: The Authenticity of Taste and the Expression of Attica Through Our Wines

When we took the reins of our family business from our father, we had one clear goal: to move forward, rooted in the values of the land he entrusted to us.

Creating high-quality wines that truly express both the grape variety and the character of our soil was never a choice—it was the only way. We know our land intimately. It’s where we were raised, where we’ve walked and worked, season after season. We’ve observed the vines, inhaled the shifting aromas of their leaves throughout the year, and tasted the annual miracle of the grape. These experiences have shaped who we are. What we seek to preserve is that sense of authenticity—flavors that are in harmony with the land that nourishes the vine.

What we lacked was a modern winery to help us achieve our vision. So, we built it.

Just a few kilometers from our vineyard, in Keratea, our winery is where our vision becomes reality. Here, grapes are transformed into wine with precision and care, using a balance of scientific knowledge and deep respect for the needs of each grape variety. We employ both modern techniques and traditional practices—such as fermenting in clay amphorae—to craft wines that capture the beauty and spirit of Attica.

Our annual production reaches 170.000 bottles.

At Mylonas Winery, every family member plays a vital role. Stamatis, ever-present and calm, is responsible for communication and guiding the big decisions. His steady hand and dynamic spirit embody the philosophy that defines our small, family-run winery.
